Welcome! Enjoy your tour of the North Slope. Pine Crescent The stairs leading up to the Pine Crescent are old street curbs donated by the City of San Francisco. This gathering area was donated by The GAP Foundation.   Slope View View of the North Slope looking eastward. A bench, one of 15 within the Grove, is nestled at the base.   Pines & Sky View of majestic pines and western sky on the Grove's North Slope.   Pine Trees New pines have been planted to reforest this area. Their expected life span is approximately 100 years. These Monterey Cypress and Monterey Pine trees are reaching the end of their life cycle.
