JOIN US AS A HOST

A completely unique experience, Light in the Grove has been recognized repeatedly as one of the Bay Area’s Best annual LGBTQ+ fundraising events!

Please click here for Host levels and benefits, and be sure to make your selection by October 7 to be listed in the Light in the Grove printed invitation.

If your Host level includes an engraving as a benefit, please note that our deadline to receive engraving orders for this year is September 15.

Your support as a Host funds the programs of the National AIDS Memorial, which includes the care and maintenance of our beloved 10-acre National AIDS Memorial Grove and the historic 50,000+ panels of the globally-recognized AIDS Memorial Quilt.

So many of you share this evening with us year-after-year, and we are deeply grateful to each and every one of you!

Spotlight

We are honored that Sister Roma of San Francisco’s Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence will serve as this year’s distinguished emcee. From fighting HIV/AIDS on the front lines to combatting social media giants by sparking the #MyNameIs movement, Roma has dedicated more than half her life to fighting for health and social justice.

WHY IS LIGHT IN THE GROVE IMPORTANT?

All proceeds directly support the mission and programs of the National AIDS Memorial. These range from scholarships for young activists to awareness programs that honor lives lost to AIDS. By leveraging iconic assets such as the Quilt and Grove, we connect, heal, and inspire people affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic and other health and social justice inequities that prevent healthy and fair participation in society.
